The OTTAWA WOLVES ANNOUNCE 2025 ‘AAA’ HEAD COACH, Tony CORDINA

After an extensive recruitment campaign for the spring ‘AAA’ team, the Ottawa Wolves are proud to announce the signing of their first ‘AAA’ Head Coach in club history, Tony Cordina.

Tony brings a wealth of personal hockey and coaching experience to the role. As a player, his resume includes competing at the Rep AA level with the Colorado Eagles, playing High School Varsity Hockey, and advancing to Junior Hockey. Routinely named team captain, Tony consistently demonstrated leadership and commitment both on and off the ice.

As a coach, Tony has worked across nearly all levels of minor hockey and holds Level 1 and Level 2 coaching certifications with Hockey Canada. He is the current Head Coach for the Almonte Pakenham Thunder A team and believes in wearing many hats to foster success for both the team and individual players. His coaching philosophy is built on three core pillars: fostering growth, building relationships, and being a role model while his training approach emphasizes speed and efficient movement, ensuring players develop the skills necessary for success at every level.

Whether on or off the ice, Coach Tony is dedicated to helping players grow as athletes and individuals while instilling a lifelong love for the game.

Welcome to the PACK, coach Tony!

Signed,

The Ottawa Wolves Hockey Club
